WHA Group Embraces AI to Power the New Economy and Build an Intelligent Enterprise Ecosystem

Mr. Nunsilp Janvarin at AI Revolution SHIFT 2026: Moving Beyond AI Adoption to Delivering Tangible Business Impact

BANGKOK, March 31, 2026 – Mr. Nunsilp Janvarin, Acting CEO of WHA Digital Co., Ltd. and CTO of WHA Corporation PCL. (WHA Group), shared his expert insights at the AI Revolution SHIFT 2026 seminar. Speaking on “AI Wake-Up Call: From Adoption to Dominance in the AI Economy,” he highlighted the business world’s shift toward the New Economy. He emphasized that AI is far more than just a tool; it is a vital engine that organizations must harness to accelerate adaptation, drive agility, and secure long-term competitive advantages.

During the presentation, Mr. Nunsilp reflected on the global trend of transitioning toward a new era of economy, which is rapidly altering mindsets, business operations, and competitive models for organizations worldwide. He also conveyed the “WHA: We Shape the Future” concept as the strategic direction for WHA Group’s organizational development—transitioning from an organization that uses technology to a full-scale Tech-Driven Organization through the establishment of digital foundations, data, and the practical application of technology across all business dimensions.

Another key highlight was the “Strategy to Impact” concept, or the process of transforming strategies into concrete organizational results. WHA Group focuses on applying AI and digital solutions to elevate operational efficiency, resource management, and the development of solutions that meet the needs of industrial customers, reflecting an approach of using technology to create tangible impact.

An example reflecting this approach is the success of the WHA Hackathon 2025: Rise of AI Heroes, which evolved from concepts into actual organizational implementation (Hackathon to Production). Projects include Drone Inspection, which utilizes AI to inspect warehouse roofs, and Solar Anomaly Detection & Forecasting, an AI system for detecting irregularities and predicting the performance of solar panels. These initiatives enhance management efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.

Furthermore, Mr. Nunsilp explained the organizational elevation journey under the “Shift & Scaling” concept, moving from initial technology adoption to systematic expansion at the corporate level. This aligns with WHA Group’s three-year strategic roadmap under the “Flight of the Future” project (2026–2028), which aims to transform the organization into an Intelligent Enterprise Ecosystem. This ecosystem efficiently interconnects data, work systems, personnel, and decision-making processes, enabling situational forecasting, proactive planning, and rapid adaptation to support future growth and the creation of new value.

“In the New Economy era, organizations cannot stop at just using technology; they must transform technology into a real business driving force. AI will not replace you, but the winners will be those who know how to use AI. WHA is therefore committed to comprehensive organizational development—covering systems, data, and personnel through reskilling and fostering a data-driven culture to drive sustainable growth and contribute to the future of Thailand, in accordance with our mission, WHA: Shape the Future for Thailand,” stated Mr. Nunsilp.
