Following reports of individuals impersonating WHA Group executives and using the company's trademarks to solicit investments, the company wishes to announce that WHA Group does not engage in any illegal activities and does not permit any individuals or companies to impersonate its executives or use its trademarks without authorization. The company will take legal action against those who misuse its name and trademarks.

We urge everyone to exercise caution when following social media and to be wary of investment solicitations from fraudsters in any form. Investments in the shares of WHA Corporation Public Company Limited and WHA Utilities and Power Public Company Limited will only be conducted through the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
