In 2025, the global business landscape continues to face multifaceted challenges arising from geopolitical tensions, market volatility, rapid technological advancement, and increasing environmental challenges. Organizations are expected to leverage digital innovation to enhance efficiency, strengthen operational resilience, address climate impacts, and protect natural ecosystems in ways that contribute to nature-positive outcomes. In addition, nature-related issues are increasingly being integrated into core business strategies to support long-term sustainable growth.

Amid these challenges, WHA Group remains committed to driving sustainable growth as a tech-driven organization by integrating innovation and ESG principles into all dimensions of its operations. The Group has also announced its 5-year sustainability vision and strategic direction under the mission “WHA: WE SHAPE THE FUTURE,” including the establishment of clear targets and timelines. Furthermore, the Group aims to allocate investment toward sustainable businesses, including renewable energy, wastewater reclamation, and Mobilix, in order to integrate sustainability with business growth and create sustainable value in all dimensions.

The Group believes that long-term success must go hand in hand with community development and building relationships with stakeholders across all sectors. The Company implements five key social initiatives covering education development, health and quality of life, environment, careers and economic opportunities for communities, as well as activities related to traditions, religion, and culture. In 2025, the Group received recognition for sustainability performance through awards at both national and international levels, including the AAA rating in SET ESG Ratings and the SET Awards of Honor. In addition, the Group was selected as a member of the S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook for the fourth consecutive year and ranked among the Top 1% globally in the S&P CSA sustainability assessment for the Real Estate Management & Development industry for the second consecutive year.

WHA Group is leading the position in sustainable water management with its advanced water reclamation systems, designed to provide an alternative water source, particularly in the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC).

Waste Management from Construction Processes
WHA Group ("the Company") is committed to enhancing waste management processes across all four business hubs, in line with the Environmental Quality, Energy Conservation, and Biodiversity Policy. This commitment extends to processes associated with waste management as outlined in Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA). Moreover, WHA Group has established a working committee to oversee and manage waste and demolition waste, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. This committee will assess and categorize waste types generated from the operations of the Company as well as promote effective waste management policies.
