The UOC real-time operations performance systems
These integrations enable comprehensive monitoring and management, enhancing operational performance and sustainability.
Air Quality Monitoring

WHA Group has always attached great importance to the environment. We are committed to developing, monitoring, inspecting, and preventing and mitigating environmental impacts. Therefore, we have installed air quality monitoring stations (AQMS) in our industrial estates across Thailand.
There are currently 7 AQMS stations installed to monitor air quality in the WHA ESIE 1, WHA ESIE 2, WHA CIE 2, WHA ESIE 4, WHA ESIE 3, WHA Rayong 36 industrial estates, and WHA Nghe An Industrial Zone in Vietnam. These stations can automatically and continuously monitor and display measurement results covering various indices such as total suspended particulates (TSP), particulate matter less than 10 microns (PM-10), nitrogen dioxide (NO2), and sulfur dioxide (SO2). They also monitor meteorological data such as wind speed and wind direction.
The company displays the data from the system to inform the community and stakeholders of the air quality in the atmosphere around the industrial estate in a timely manner via the company's website
Since 2023, WHA has developed the UOC (Unified Operation Center) system, which is a central control system that collects, integrates, and displays data from monitoring systems in the company's projects and operating areas, such as air quality monitoring stations (AQMS) and wastewater quality monitoring stations (WQMS).
The UOC system was established to support real-time monitoring of various statuses in the service area. This allows for the transparent display of environmental performance data and supports compliance with government regulations requiring the disclosure of monitoring results to the public.

Environmental Monitoring and Control Center of Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate (Rayong) was established by Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT) in collaboration with WHA Industrial Development Public Company Limited Group, to monitor the environmental quality in 11 industrial estates:
Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate (Rayong)
WHA Chonburi Industrial Estate 1
WHA Chonburi Industrial Estate 2
WHA Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate 1
WHA Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate 2
WHA Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate 3 - WHA ESIE 3
WHA Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate 4
WHA Eastern Industrial Estate (Map Ta Phut)
WHA Rayong Industrial Land - WHA RIL
WHA Saraburi Industrial Land - WHA SIL
WHA Rayong 36 Industrial Estate.
By doing so, it seeks to ensure high-standard environmental management by the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT) and WHA Industrial Development Public Company Limited Group, ultimately benefiting surrounding communities. Additionally, it promotes best practices in environmental management for industrial estates, fostering a foundation of environmental good governance.

Environmental Monitoring and Control Center of Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate (Rayong) focuses on the following components:

While WHA Industrial Development (WHA ID) has thrived over the past 20 years, developing over 11 industrial estates across 68,100 rais (26,925 acres), environmental protection and social responsibility remain core values. This commitment is evident in WHA Group's collaboration with the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT). This partnership led to the implementation of a "constructed wetland" system at Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate (Rayong) and WHA Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate. This innovative method utilizes vegetation to treat wastewater, proving more effective, environmentally friendly, and energy-saving compared to traditional treatment methods. This initiative exemplifies WHA Group's dedication to fostering sustainable practices within its industrial estates.
