Moreover, WHA Group recognizes the significance of corporate governance in promoting sustainability within its business operations. This involves implementing Risk Management practices and effectively managing the company's tax operations. By upholding the principles of precision, openness, and verifiability, WHA Group aims to maximize benefits and foster trust among all stakeholders involved.
As a result, the Board of Directors under WHA Group is responsible for the Group’s operations. Stakeholders can see from the encapsulated good corporate governance that WHA Group is well managed and that stakeholders’ interests are aligned with management’s perspectives.
WHA Group recently held its Investor Club Seminar under the theme Industrial Waste to Energy at Pattana Golf and Sports Resort in Chonburi.
Human Resource Club
In 2020, two Human Resource Clubs (HR Club) were established with the objectives to assist and provide convenience for WHA and WHAUP’s potential customers that are interested to establish factories in Thailand.
WHA Customer Club
WHA and WHAUP established multiple customer clubs which are considered as communication channels to closely interact with customers to address their interests or concerns.
Three Lines of Defence (3LOD) Model
WHA Group adopted the Three Lines of Defence (3LOD) model to effectively enhance the communications on risk management and control by clarifying essential roles and duties of relevant employees involved.
