Potential customers will be able to have a virtual and real-time tour of the warehouse infrastructures, remotely. This initiative is seen as a potential game changer for overcoming challenges such as inconvenience to travel to site, travel restrictions, etc. The Virtual Tour 360o service is expected to roll out to customers in February 2021.
