22 September 2026 – WHA Corporation Public Company Limited (WHA Group) continues to reinforce its commitment to "WHA: SHAPE THE FUTURE FOR THAILAND" in creating a sustainable future for the nation. WHA Group recently partnered with the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT), PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited (GC), Ban Pluak Daeng School, and local alliance partners to organize the "Environmental Quality Monitoring Network (Environmental Detective) x WeCYCLE Bank" activity at Ban Pluak Daeng School, Pluak Daeng District, Rayong Province. The project aims to foster circular economy principles and environmental conservation awareness among youth living near industrial estates.

The event engaged 100 Grade 4–6 students through hands-on learning across four interactive stations, mentored by experts from participating organizations:

Water Quality Station (by WHA Utilities and Power Public Company Limited or WHAUP): Guided students in testing and monitoring community water quality.

Waste Management Station (by GC YOUturn x WeCYCLE): Taught students to sort used plastic bottles and deposit them through the WeCYCLE Bank, converting waste into value and generating income to support school development.

Air Quality Station (by Gulf TS1, 2, and Gulf): Focused on air monitoring and awareness.

Global Warming and Energy Station (by NRB Bearings): Educated youth on climate change and sustainable energy use.

This initiative serves as a vital mechanism for cultivating eco-conscious habits and promoting proper waste management from an early age, extending knowledge from classrooms to families and communities. By building a strong environmental surveillance network, WHA Group reaffirms its dedication to driving sustainable growth for society, local communities, and the environment alongside Thailand’s industrial progress.
