WHA Logistics launches WHA Mega Logistics Center Chonlaharnpichit km. 4 (Project 2), supporting integrated growth of logistics and industrial sectors
Bangkok, Thailand – WHA Corporation Public Company Limited, Thailand’s leading logistics solutions provider, has officially announced the launch of WHA Mega Logistics Center Chonlaharnpichit km. 4 (Project 2) to meet the continuously growing demand for warehouse and factory spaces.
The WHA Mega Logistics Center Chonlaharnpichit km. 4 (Project 2) spans over 300 rai and is strategically located along the Suvarnabhumi Canal Road in Samut Prakan Province — a high-potential area for transportation and logistics. The site offers efficient connectivity to key logistics networks, with close proximity to Suvarnabhumi Airport and the Bangna–Trad Road.
Within the project, facilities have been developed to support a wide range of uses with high flexibility to accommodate future business expansion. It is suitable for various industries — from manufacturing and logistics to businesses requiring specialized safety standards — and comprises:
- Built-to-Suit warehouses are designed and constructed to meet each customer’s specific requirements, ensuring seamless alignment with operations, helping reduce costs, and supporting long-term business growth.
- General warehouses support businesses that require standard storage space. These facilities are designed and constructed in line with green building standards (Green Certified Building) and feature solar rooftop installations to enhance energy efficiency.
- Ready-built factories provide space for manufacturing and industrial operations. They are designed with flexibility to support a wide range of production processes, featuring standardized structures and utility systems.
- Dangerous goods warehouses are designed in accordance with international standards to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
In addition, the project integrates advanced technologies under the Smart Solutions concept, applying digital technology and artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance efficiency and safety. These include AI cameras for real-time security monitoring and AI drones for automated inspection of rooftops and high-rise structures under the Proactive Maintenance approach. AI technology analyzes visual data, detects abnormalities, and enables more accurate and faster maintenance planning.
The project also features EV Charging Stations under Mobilix, a Built-to-Suit EV ecosystem and one of the core businesses of WHA Group. These installations support electric vehicle usage within the project, aligning with logistics operations that prioritize clean energy, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and contribute to long-term sustainability goals.
Although the project has only recently been officially launched, a key milestone was achieved immediately with the signing of an agreement with WHA GC Logistics Co., Ltd. (WGCL) for a Built-to-Suit warehouse spanning more than 22,087 square meters. The facility has been designed to enhance end-to-end logistics capabilities while supporting the long-term growth of Thailand’s petrochemical and logistics industries. This milestone not only reflects strong business confidence in the project’s potential but also reinforces WHA Logistics’ expertise in delivering comprehensive logistics solutions.
The launch of the WHA Mega Logistics Center Chonlaharnpichit km. 4 (Project 2), a large-scale development in one of the country’s strategic locations, reinforces the role of WHA Logistics as a strategic partner for businesses. The company demonstrates strong capabilities in developing integrated logistics and industrial infrastructure that enhances operational efficiency and reduces customers’ logistics costs through strategic locations, robust infrastructure, and effective management. The project is designed to support customers’ growth across all dimensions while helping drive Thailand’s logistics and industrial sectors toward a sustainable future — in line with the mission and commitment of WHA Group under the concept “WHA: Shape the Future for Thailand.”
