WHAIR recorded total revenue of THB 255 million and a net investment profit of THB 172 million, with total asset value of THB 14,156 million. The trust also declared a distribution of benefits to unitholders at a rate of THB 0.1325 per unit, payable on September 15, 2025.

In the second quarter of 2025, WHAIR’s total revenue grew by 14% compared to the same period last year. This growth was driven by the income generated from additional assets invested in at the end of 2024 and a consistent increase in the occupancy rate. By the end of Q2/2025, WHAIR achieved an impressive occupancy rate of 97%, reinforcing its position as a high-performing industrial REIT in Thailand.
