EEC GO Seminar: WHA Group CEO Reiterates Infrastructure Development in EEC to Drive Progress

Ms. Jareeporn Jarukornsakul (5^th right), Chairman and Group CEO of WHA Corporation PCL, was among the guests at the recent EEC GO Seminar, hosted by media giant Nation Multimedia Group. After the opening address of H.E. Suriya Jungrungreangkit, Industry Minister, Ms Jareeporn and other top executives from GULF MTP LNG Terminal, Global Power Synergy (GPSC), State Railway of Thailand, U-Tapao International Airport, participated in an interesting panel discussion.

The WHA Group CEO shared her views on improving basic infrastructure, including an efficient public transport system, to enhance economic growth. She also recommended simplified government processes such as special investor visas, fast track approval and other incentives, to attract more long-term foreign investors to bring their business to the EEC and Thailand.
