WHA Digital Launches “WHA Data Hackathon 2025: Rise of AI Heroes” Empowering AI Talent to Drive the Organization Toward a Digital Future

WHA Digital Company Limited (WHA Digital) continues to strengthen technology and innovation capabilities by organizing the “WHA Data Hackathon 2025: Rise of AI Heroes”, aiming to enhance digital competencies and prepare the organization for future transformation. The event provided a platform for employees across all functions within the WHA Group to collaboratively develop artificial intelligence (AI) ideas and solutions with the potential for real-world implementation within the organization.

The initiative highlights the critical role of digital technology as a key driver in improving operational efficiency, fostering innovation, and enabling sustainable business growth. The competition was conducted over a period of more than four months through a collaboration between WHA Digital and the Human Resources (HR) team. It emphasized cultivating a Digital Mindset, encouraging continuous learning, experimentation, and innovation through real business challenges. The program also created opportunities for employees at all levels to actively participate in applying AI technologies to enhance operational processes.

Participants developed projects under three key themes:

• Risk Mitigation – Leveraging AI to manage and reduce business risks.
• Business Impact – Improving efficiency and generating positive impacts on operational processes.
• Innovation & Revenue – Creating innovations and exploring new business opportunities.

The proposed projects were developed to a level that can be further extended into AI use cases and prototypes, demonstrating strong potential for future implementation within the organization. This reflects WHA’s readiness to apply AI technologies to support sustainable business growth.
