WHA Participated in Sustainability Forum, Highlighting the “Edible Green” Model to Promote Sustainable Business Development

December 4, 2025 – WHA Corporation Public Company Limited (WHA Group), participated in the Sustainability Forum 2026: Shift Forward: Overcoming Challenges, organized by Bangkokbiznews at Samyan Mitrtown Hall, and presented its vision on Business Practice & Industrial Sustainability, highlighting its strategic approach to transforming sustainability initiatives into tangible business opportunities.

At the forum, Ms. Montika Charoenyingwattana, Vice President, Sustainability Office, WHA Group, delivered a presentation entitled "A Sustainability Base to Support Business Growth," emphasizing the "Edible Green" model and showcasing three successful green businesses: 1. Green Mobility Business (under: Mobilix), – a comprehensive electric vehicle (EV) ecosystem, including commercial EV rental services, charging stations, and a digital platform for managing EV fleet and batteries 2. Solar Energy Business– solar rooftop solutions for retail and industrial customers, and 3. Water Reclamation Business – the treatment of wastewater using reverse osmosis (RO) technology to produce high-quality industrial water for distribution to factories. Ms. Montika noted that "These three green businesses generated over 900 million baht in revenue in 2024 and are expected to grow to 1,050 million baht this year, while also significantly reducing carbon dioxide emissions."

WHA Group aims to achieve Net Zero Greenhouse Gas Emissions by 2050, with a plan to reduce Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions by 42% by 2030 under five Sustainability Strategies: Environmental Stewardship, Social Empowerment, Responsible Governance and Innovation, Leadership for Green Economy, and Enabler for Sustainable Thailand, aligning with WHA's core mission: WE SHAPE THE FUTURE.
