Thai Watsadu Signs 38,412 sq.m. Built-to-Suit Warehouse Lease with WHA





WHA Corporation Public Company Limited reinforces its position as a leading logistics partner after being entrusted by CRC Thai Watsadu Co., Ltd., a leading retailer of construction materials and home decoration products in Thailand, to sign a Built-to-Suit warehouse lease agreement covering a total area of over 38,412 square meters. The facility is located within the WHA Mega Logistics Center Wang Noi 63 project in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, aiming to support business growth and enhance sustainable supply chain efficiency.

This Built-to-Suit warehouse has been designed and developed to meet the specific operational needs of Thai Watsadu, particularly its capability to accommodate an Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS), which is a core technology of Thai Watsadu.

Ms. Jareeporn Jarukornsakul, Chairman of the Executive Committee and Group Chief Executive Officer of WHA Corporation Public Company Limited, said, “We are truly honored to serve as the logistics hub for Thai Watsadu. This project reflects Thai Watsadu’s vision to elevate its supply chain to a more modern standard, enabling it to meet customer demands more efficiently and effectively, which will enhance its long-term competitiveness.”
