WHA Holds Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2025, Approves Additional Dividend Payment of 0.1237 Baht per Share

Bangkok, 24 April 2025 — Dr. Somkid Jatusripitak, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Ms. Jareeporn Jarukornsakul, Chairman of the Executive Committee and Group Chief Executive Officer, along with the Board of Directors and Executives of WHA Corporation Public Company Limited (WHA), held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for 2025 electronically (E-AGM).

Shareholders approved an additional dividend payment of 0.1237 baht per share, amounting up to 1,850 million baht for the operating results of 2024. Combined with the interim dividend payment, the total dividend for 2024 amounts to 0.1906 baht per share, representing approximately 2,850 million baht. The record date for shareholders eligible to receive dividends is set for 8 May 2025, with payment to be made on 23 May 2025.
