WHAUP Holds Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2025, Approves Total Dividend Payment of 0.2525 Baht per Share

Bangkok, 22 April 2025 – Ms. Jareeporn Jarukornsakul, Chairman of the Board of Directors (center-left), together with the Board of Directors and Executives of WHA Utilities and Power Public Company Limited (WHAUP), held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for 2025 electronically (E-AGM).

Shareholders approved an additional dividend payment of 0.1925 baht per share, equivalent to 736.3 million baht, for the operating results of 2024. Combined with the interim dividend payment, the total dividend for 2024 amounts to 0.2525 baht per share, representing a total of 966 million baht. The record date for shareholders eligible to receive dividends is set for 29 April 2025, with payment to be made on16 May 2025.
