WHA joins forces with Daiwa House to launch “DPL Vietnam Minh Quang,” first logistics center in Northern Vietnam

WHA Corporation Public Company Limited (WHA) has partnered with Daiwa House Industry Company Limited (Daiwa House) to officially launch the “DPL Vietnam Minh Quang” logistics center. The facility spans an area of 70,109 square meters with a total leasable area of 37,500 square meters. The opening ceremony took place on 27 February 2025, at Minh Quang Industrial Park, Hung Yen Province, approximately 40 kilometers east of Hanoi, Vietnam.
This project marks WHA ’s first logistics center in Northern Vietnam and is part of its strategy to grow its logistics business by expanding both domestically and internationally. The company emphasizes building strong strategic partnerships to meet the growing demand for logistics services, particularly in high-growth industries such as e-commerce, consumer goods, and export-oriented industrial products.
The success of this initiative reflects WHA’s commitment to its mission, “WHA WE SHAPE THE FUTURE,” aiming for sustainable growth through the development of projects that meet market needs and enhance regional competitiveness.
In 2025, WHA ’s logistics business is expected to experience significant growth, with a projected total warehouse space under ownership and management exceeding 3,309,000 square meters.
