WHA GROUP meets investors, announcing an expected all-time high performance in 2022

Ms. Jareeporn Jarukornsakul, Chairman and Group CEO of WHA Corporation PCL (“WHA Group”), together with Mr. Natthapatt Tanboon-ek, Chief Financial Officer, jointly presented the company’s performance on Opportunity Day at WHA Tower, announcing the financial results for the first half of 2022.  WHA Group posted total revenue and share of profits of THB 4,369 million and net profit of THB 945.7 million. It also unveiled plans to revise the land sale target to 1,650 rai, up from 1,250 rai, to reflect the growing interest of foreign investors in its industrial estates. Strong demand for warehouse rental is expected to continue, water sales are still on the rise and the solar rooftop business continues to expand, with a target of 150 megawatts by the end of the year. These factors contribute to WHA Group’s confidence that its performance will hit an all-time high in 2022.
