Job Purpose

Responsible for overseeing asset performance and governance of infrastructure assets across Industrial Estates. The role ensures effective cost management, contract oversight, and coordination of infrastructure-related businesses to support sustainable industrial estate operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee asset performance including ROW, FTTx, 5G Tower, Pipe Rack (EPS), and Rental Facilities
• Identify improvement opportunities to enhance asset utilization and operational efficiency
• Develop and monitor budgets related to operations and infrastructure assets
• Analyze cost performance and ensure appropriate cost control actions
• Manage and monitor Right of Way (ROW) and infrastructure contracts, ensuring timely renewal
• Define and track operational KPIs and prepare performance reports for management
• Coordinate connectivity infrastructure projects including FTTx and 5G Tower
• Participate in infrastructure management for Pipe Rack (EPS) and rental facilities
• Support sustainability initiatives aligned with corporate sustainability strategies.
• Coordinate with joint venture teams to support related business development activities.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Asset Management, Business Administration, Financial, Economics or related field
• At least 2-5 years’ experience in Asset Management, Compliance & Risk Management and Infrastructure Optimization
• Experience in industrial estates, infrastructure, utilities, or property management will be an advantage
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Good coordination and communication abilities
• Strong analytical, budgeting, and coordination skills
• Experience in contract management and cross‑functional collaboration preferred
• Able to work in the Rayong area and available to work two Saturdays per month.
