Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain land-related data, including land ownership records, land boundaries, and geographic information.
- Land physical survey and conduct engineering assessments of land areas, including topography, accessibility, infrastructure, and constraints.
- Review pre-screening data and support feasibility studies for land acquisition and development projects.
- Prepare and compile documentation required for land acquisition processes, including technical reports, drawings, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, legal, accounting and finance) and external stakeholders (surveyors, government authorities).
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to land acquisition and land use.
- Monitor project timelines related to land preparation and acquisition.
- Provide technical support and recommendations for land-related decision-making.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Survey Engineering, Geomatics, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in land surveying, land acquisition, or engineering-related roles.
- Having Thai Professional Engineering License: Associate Engineer or Professional Engineer
- Strong knowledge of land survey techniques, GIS, and mapping tools.
- Familiarity with land laws, town planning and related regulations is an advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and survey data.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Good written and communication in English is preferable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, GIS tools).
- Able to work two Saturdays per month in Rayong and Chonburi area.
