What You Will Own

  • Translate business and workforce strategies into enterprise L&D and Academy priorities.
  • Design and implement skill-based learning architecture, including skill frameworks, learning pathways, and capability roadmaps aligned with business needs.
  • Lead WHA Academy initiatives, including leadership development, talent/succession programs, and functional capability building.
  • Partner with executives, HRBPs, and business leaders to conduct Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) and shape learning roadmaps.
  • Design and manage blended learning solutions (classroom, digital, experiential, on-the-job) to drive real capability uplift.
  • Build and sustain internal trainer / faculty networks, leveraging internal expertise to scale learning across the organization.
  • Drive learning effectiveness and impact measurement (e.g. Kirkpatrick, dashboards, ROI mindset).
  • Manage learning vendors, budgets, and program quality to ensure cost-effective delivery.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the L&D team.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, OD, Psychology, Business, or related fields.
  • 8+ years experience in Learning & Development, Talent or Organizational Development, with managerial or lead experience.
  • Proven experience in designing and leading enterprise-level L&D or Academy initiatives.
  • Experience in skill-based development, competency frameworks, or internal capability building is a strong advantage.
  • Strong business partnering skills with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders.
  • Solid understanding of blended learning, learning technologies (LMS/LXP), and learning evaluation.
  • Strategic, execution-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-changing, complex organization.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
