What You Will Own
- Translate business and workforce strategies into enterprise L&D and Academy priorities.
- Design and implement skill-based learning architecture, including skill frameworks, learning pathways, and capability roadmaps aligned with business needs.
- Lead WHA Academy initiatives, including leadership development, talent/succession programs, and functional capability building.
- Partner with executives, HRBPs, and business leaders to conduct Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) and shape learning roadmaps.
- Design and manage blended learning solutions (classroom, digital, experiential, on-the-job) to drive real capability uplift.
- Build and sustain internal trainer / faculty networks, leveraging internal expertise to scale learning across the organization.
- Drive learning effectiveness and impact measurement (e.g. Kirkpatrick, dashboards, ROI mindset).
- Manage learning vendors, budgets, and program quality to ensure cost-effective delivery.
- Lead, coach, and develop the L&D team.

Who We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, OD, Psychology, Business, or related fields.
- 8+ years experience in Learning & Development, Talent or Organizational Development, with managerial or lead experience.
- Proven experience in designing and leading enterprise-level L&D or Academy initiatives.
- Experience in skill-based development, competency frameworks, or internal capability building is a strong advantage.
- Strong business partnering skills with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders.
- Solid understanding of blended learning, learning technologies (LMS/LXP), and learning evaluation.
- Strategic, execution-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-changing, complex organization.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
