WHA Tower Shines at Asia Pacific Property Awards
International design firm Palmer & Turner (Thailand) wins “Commercial High Rise Architecture Thailand” Award
Bangkok, November 11, 2020 – WHA Corporation PCL (WHA Group), Thailand’s leader in fully-integrated Logistics, Industrial Estates, Utilities & Power, and Digital Platform, announced that WHA Tower, Bang Na’s latest landmark, won praise and admiration during the Asia Pacific Property Awards. International design firm Palmer & Turner (Thailand) garnered the “Commercial High Rise Architecture Thailand” Award for its work of WHA Tower.
The dedicated prestige office tower’s architectural design was inspired by “Chin,” an ancient Chinese symbol representing wealth and prosperity. WHA Tower is ready to offer over 52,000 sq.m. of flexible office space, and common open spaces to corporates, multinational corporations (MNC), tech SMEs and startups that need open-plan workspaces and enough flexibility to accommodate growth. The 25-storey Grade A office building, aims to offer tenant companies’ employees the prospect of maintaining a good work-life balance.
“Our vision was to create WHA TOWER as the landmark of Bangna and WHA’s headquarters that would be seen as a symbol of innovation and progress. It is an honor to be recognized as an award-winning building in Thailand,” said Ms Jareeporn Jarukornsakul, Chairman and Group CEO, WHA Corporation PCL. “We would like to congratulate Palmer & Turner (Thailand) for the prestigious award and their excellent work in giving us an iconic building that is already changing Bangna’s skyline with its impressive architecture, recognizable design and green initiatives.”
“Its ideal location on Debaratna Road (Bangna-Trad) KM 7, close to Central Bangkok, and just a short drive to the EEC area, makes it the ideal gateway and platform for conducting business and investments,” explained Mr David Nardone, Group Executive Industrial and International, WHA Industrial Development PLC. “WHA Tower is also within close proximity to Suvarnabhumi airport, Mega Bangna, Central Bangna, residential projects, and allows quick access to and from Bangkok and key arterial roads. Designed for maximum efficiency, the building will allow tenants and visitors to reach the most convenient routes at all times.”
WHA Tower, now in its final stages of completion, will be ready for occupancy in January 2021. Actual office spaces, designed for flexibility and usability, are now available for viewing by potential tenants.
