WHAUP Meets with Analysts - Confident in Bright Second Half for Both Water and Electricity Mr. Somkiat Masunthasuwan (center), Chief Executive Officer, alongside Mr. Akarin Prathuangsit (left), Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer, and Mr. Prapon Chinudomsub (right), Chief Financial Officer of WHA Utilities and Power Public Company Limited (WHAUP), a leading utilities and power service provider in Thailand, organized the "WHAUP Analyst Meeting" at the Sheraton Grand Sukhumvit Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok, following the announcement of their first half 2025 financial results with revenue and normalized profit sharing of 1,898 million baht and normalized profit of 460 million baht. The company signals a bright second half with strong utilities (water) business prospects from gradually recognizing revenue from Data Center customers , along with continued growth trends in the power business from the gradual commercial operation date (COD) of Solar Private PPA projects totaling over 100 megawatts. This supports the growth of cumulative electricity generation capacity, with current power purchase agreements totaling approximately 991 megawatts across all types of power plants according to shareholding proportions.
